A Light Morning Before A Shoot
I started off the morning at the Gym with my good friend Manraj (who I met years ago at the motorcycle safety course). Then I started working on the editing portion of scanning in the polaroids Sydney and I have shot over the past few months. What a great little camera that is. It truly feels like you are capturing a moment in time, while possibly taking a bit of the subject's soul.
With that, comes the realization that I'm not too familiar with being on the other side of the lens. I find it difficult, and the more I do it, the more I realize that what I ask of others is tough. So, because of that, I want you to know that I appreciate the countless times I have (or will) ask you to step inside this little vulnerable frame and give me a real smile. You rock.
